But if the organization has a commission to test knowledge of labor protection requirements, managers and specialists (except for members of the commission itself) can undergo training and test knowledge directly in the organization.

In the case of an organization independently conducting occupational safety training, training programs are preliminarily developed and approved on the basis of sample curricula and programs approved by the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation. The training is carried out by occupational safety and health workers who have appropriate qualifications and experience in the field of occupational safety.

Testing knowledge of labor protection requirements is carried out:

• regular - at least once every 3 years;
• extraordinary - regardless of the period of the previous inspection in case of: changes in regulations regarding labor protection requirements;
• introduction of new equipment, changes in technological processes;
• transfer to another job or break in work in this position for more than 1 year;
